Milk thistle has been traditionally used for its potential benefits in supporting liver function and promoting overall liver health. It may also have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and potential benefits for digestion and cholesterol levels.

Milk thistle seeds are the small, hard fruits of the milk thistle plant. They are a natural remedy for liver problems like cirrhosis, hepatitis, and gallbladder disorders. Milk thistle seeds contain a powerful antioxidant called Silymarin, believed to help protect liver cells from damage and support overall liver health. They can be taken in supplement form or brewed into tea.
